Setting up Auto Reply
To set up an Auto Reply when a user clicks on your broadcast buttons and to customize the flow using the pre-built "Broadcast Respond Auto Reply & Assignment" template, follow these steps:
Import the Pre-built Automation Template
Go to Automations in your Marqvia dashboard.
Click on Import Automation Template.
Click on the "General" tab.
Search for the template named "Broadcast Respond Auto Reply & Assignment".
Click the "Preview" button of the template to review its structure.
Import the template into your account.
Configure the Button's Trigger
Once the template is imported, you'll need to configure the trigger for your specific broadcast button.
Double-click on the Trigger action box within the automation flow.
Select "List/Button Callback ID matches".
Enter the exact keyword for the button you wish to trigger this automation (e.g., "RSVP Now", "Learn More"). This keyword is the Callback ID you defined when creating your message template with buttons.
Click Update Node once you've entered the keyword.
Note: Ensure the keyword entered here matches the Button ID exactly as it was configured when you sent the messages with buttons, to ensure the correct automation is triggered.
Customize Actions for the Trigger
Now, customize the automated response that will be sent when the button is clicked.
Double-click on the action box (e.g., "Auto Reply Buttons/Options/Products").
In the settings panel on the right, enter your desired reply message or configure other action details (e.g., assign to team, update contact attribute).
Click Update Node to save your changes.
Add Multiple Triggers for Multiple Buttons
To add more buttons from your broadcast to trigger different automations within the same flow:
Add multiple Triggers in the same automation flow.
Assign a unique keyword (Callback ID) to each new Trigger (e.g., "RSVP Now", "Learn More", "View Product").
Ensure each keyword is distinct to avoid triggering multiple automations accidentally.
Note: Using unique keywords ensures each button triggers only its designated automation, providing a precise and effective user experience.
