Setup Business Profile

This page guides you on creating your business profile in WhatsApp Manager. A complete and well-maintained profile helps customers recognize your business and easily find important details.

Go to Manage Profile

Navigate to Settings > Manage Profile under Cloud API

Update Details

Here, you can update various aspects of your business profile. Fill in or change the following information as needed:

• Profile Picture

• Address

• Description

• Email

• Website

• Business Vertical: Select the category that best describes your business from the available options:

  • Automotive

  • Beauty, Spa, and Salon

  • Clothing and Apparel

  • Education

  • Entertainment

  • Event Planning and Service

  • Finance and Banking

  • Food and Grocery

  • Public Service

  • Hotel and Lodging

  • Medical and Health

  • Non-profit

  • Professional Services

  • Shopping and Retail

  • Travel and Transportation

  • Restaurant

  • Other

Once you have made your changes, click Save Changes.
