Automations
Using Automation Workflows, you can run automated actions in Marqvia based on events and their conditions. To create and run an automation workflow, you must select an event (you can use only one event per automation) and, based on that, choose condition(s) and define their values.
There are three main buttons in this module:
Add New Automation: To create a workflow from scratch.
Automation Report: To track the progress and performance of your automations.
Import Automation Template: To access a library of pre-built, ready-to-use workflows.
Creating a Workflow
To create an automation workflow from scratch, click the Add New Automation button.

Accessing Automation Report
Based on the automations you build, you can create reports to track their progress. Click on the Automation Report button.

Importing Automation Template
Marqvia offers a pre-built automation workflow library that’s ready to use. To access the library, simply click the Import Automation Template button.
