Accessing the Leads Module

To create a WhatsApp flow, go to the Leads module from the left-hand sidebar. Here, you can create or view your WhatsApp Flows and their responses under your WhatsApp account.


Prerequisites for Publishing Flows

To be able to publish and send Flows to your customers, you will need to:

  • Verify your Business.

  • Maintain a high message quality.
