Setting up Payment Method

This guide provides a step-by-step process to help you configure a payment method in WhatsApp Manager. This is crucial for smooth and secure transactions for your WhatsApp Business API usage.

Access Payment Settings

• Go to Meta Business Suite.

• Navigate to WhatsApp Accounts > Settings.

• Click on Payment Settings.

Add a Payment Method

• Click on Add Payment Method.

• Fill in the required information for your payment card.

Note: For Currency, please choose US Dollars.

• Click Save and Done.

• Provide Your Tax Information:

  After adding your card, you may also need to provide tax information.

  • Go to Business Info (within the Meta Business Suite or WhatsApp Manager settings).

  • Click on Edit.

  • Fill in the required information and indicate that this is for Business purposes by selecting "Yes".

Finalize the Payment Method

• Ensure your payment card is displayed under the Payment Settings once you've completed the setup.

If the card does not appear:

• Return to Payment Settings and manually select your card as the default payment method if prompted, or retry adding it.
