Dashboard
Once you have logged in to Marqvia, you will be directed to the Dashboard page. Here, you can quickly get an overview of your conversations, access different modules,
The Dashboard provides a swift glance at your conversation status: total messages exchanged (received and sent) across different channels and by various team members during a specific time period.
Channels: Select the channel(s) you want to see the conversation overview for (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook).
Date Range: Choose from predefined options like Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month, or set a Custom range for your overview.
Heatmap: The heatmap offers insights into message activity and interactions on the platform, organized by hour of the day. Read our dedicated guide on the Heatmap for more details.
Engagement: This metric shows the number of interactions or message exchanges between a contact and a bot by date within the chosen date range. It signifies a two-way communication where at least one message is exchanged. Hover over the line chart to view the exact numbers.
New Contacts: This represents the number of unique contact(s) created in your Marqvia account, either through receiving an incoming message or sending an outgoing message, by date within the chosen date range. Hover over the line chart to view the exact numbers.
Accessing Modules
Head over to the left sidebar to access different modules of Marqvia, such as Contacts, Automations, Campaigns, and more.
You can also close the sidebar by clicking the button in the top right corner of the sidebar.
More Options
In addition, you have more options to apply general changes to the platform, which are accessible at all times regardless of the module you're currently using. You can find them in the top bar.
These options include:
To change the language.
To view notifications.
To access the Settings tab.
To view your profile or set your online status.
Change Profile Image and Password
To change your profile image or password:
Click on the Account icon on the top bar.
Select your user name & email from the dropdown.
Once clicked, it will direct you to the Personal Settings window, or you may directly navigate to https://dashboard.marqvia.com/settings/my-profile .
Here, you get the options to:
Change your Profile Name: This will be the name your internal team will see, and optionally, your customers if set to be visible.
Change your Profile Image: This image will be seen by internal team members only.
If you wish to change your password, click on Security & Password within the Personal Settings.
Here, you may enter your old password and then your new password. If you have forgotten your old password, kindly ask an administrator to help you change your password.
Changing Your Online Status
To change your online status:
Click on the Account icon on the top bar.
Select Set Yourself As Offline.
Key in a reason (optional).
Click on the Go Offline button.
Once offline, your Account icon will no longer be green in color, indicating your offline status.
If you wish to Set Yourself As Online, repeat the same steps.
Switch Between User Accounts
If your email has access to multiple Marqvia accounts, you can easily switch between them:
Click on the Account icon on the top bar.
Select the account you wish to switch over to from the dropdown menu.
If you accessed this user from another user's account (e.g., an admin logging in as a team member), you can return to your original account by clicking on "Reset Login." This option will only be available in such scenarios.
Log Out
To log out of Marqvia:
Click on the Account icon on the top bar.
Then, select Logout.
