Reset your password

If you've forgotten your password, you have three ways to reset it and regain access to your Marqvia account:

• Reset Password from Login Page

• Reset Password from Personal Settings

• Reset Password for Teams

Reset Password from Login Page

Access the Forgot Password Page

• Open your web browser and visit https://dashboard.marqvia.com/auth/login

• Click on the Forgot Password button, and it will direct you to the Forgot Password Page.

Enter Your Registered Email Address

On the Forgot Password page:

• Enter the Email Address associated with your Marqvia account.

• Click the Send reset link button.

Recovery Notification

After submitting your email address, you'll be directed to a Password Recovery page.

This page confirms that a password recovery email has been sent to your registered email address.

Step 4: Check Your Email for a Password Reset Link

Open your email inbox and locate the email from Marqvia with the subject line "Reset Your Password."

In the email:

• Click the Reset Password button.

• Alternatively, you can copy and paste the provided link into your web browser.

Access the Reset Password Page

After clicking the link, you'll be redirected to the Reset Password page, where you can create a new password.

Create a New Password

On the password reset page:

• Enter a new password following these guidelines:

  • Use alphanumeric characters.

  • Include at least one special character.

  • Use at least one capital letter.

  • Ensure a minimum length of 13 characters.

• Confirm the new password by re-entering it.

• Click the Reset My Password button.

Password Reset Success

After successfully resetting your password, you'll see a confirmation message.

Click the Go back to login button to return to the login page.

Reset Password from Personal Settings

If you wish to reset your password, you can do this from the Personal Settings section.

Go to the Settings module and select Security & Password.

Enter your old password at the top, then enter a new password following these guidelines:

• Use alphanumeric characters.

• Include at least one special character.

• Use at least one capital letter.

• Ensure a minimum length of 13 characters.

Click Change Password once done.

Reset Password for Teams

As the master user, you can reset the password for your team members.

Please note: This step can only be performed by the Master User. If you need to reset the password for the Master User, please contact Marqvia's customer support.

Go to the Settings module and select Teams.

Select the three dots icon (...) under Action.

Enter a new password

Make sure it is following these guidelines:

• Use alphanumeric characters.

• Include at least one special character.

• Use at least one capital letter.

• Ensure a minimum length of 13 characters.

Click Save
