Recent Campaigns

This section displays your top five most recent campaigns. Each row provides a quick overview of the campaign's status and performance:

  • Name: The name you gave the campaign.

  • Channel: The platform used for the campaign, such as WhatsApp or Facebook.

  • Total Contacts: The total number of contacts targeted in the campaign.

  • Message Template Name: The name of the message template used.

  • Schedule Time: The date and time the campaign was scheduled to begin.

  • End Time: The date and time the campaign finished.

  • Sent, Read, and Failed: Metrics showing the number of messages successfully sent, read by the recipient, or that failed to send.

  • Status: The current state of the campaign (e.g., Created, Running, Completed).

To view all your campaigns in detail, you can go to the Campaigns Pagearrow-up-right.

Recent Drip Campaigns

This section lists your recent drip campaigns, which are automated, sequential messages sent over time. It includes details such as:

  • Campaign Name: The name of the drip campaign.

  • List: Indicates the sequence and timing of each message.

  • Total: The total number of messages set within the sequence.

  • Sent and Failed: Metrics on how many messages were sent or failed.

  • % Conversion: The conversion rate of the campaign.
