Adding Contacts into Drip Campaign

You've created a Drip Campaign, but to run it, you need to assign contacts. There are three ways to do this in Marqvia:

  • Using the Chat: For single contact assignment.

  • Through Contacts: For bulk contact assignment.

  • Through Automations: For automatic single contact assignment.


Using Chat (Single Contact Assignment)

Select Contact

On your chat screen, select the conversation of the contact you want to assign to the Drip Campaign. You can use the chat search option to speed up the process.

Add to Drip

Once the conversation is open, click the Options button (add icon image here) in the top-right corner. Then, select Add to Drip Campaign from the available options.

Assign Drip Campaign:

A modal will appear. Select the campaign to which you want to assign that particular contact.

Click Add

Once the campaign is selected, click Add. You have now successfully added a contact to the Drip Campaign. If the campaign's first step is set to Immediately, it will be executed the moment you add the contact.


Using Contacts (Bulk Assignment)

Note: You will need to have set up at least one Drip Campaign first.

Select Contacts

In the Contacts module, select the contacts you want to add to the Drip Campaign by checking the box next to their names.

Add to Drip Campaign

Click the Menu button and then click Add to Drip Campaign.

Select Campaign

Select the campaign to which you want to add the contacts, and then click Save.

That's it! You've added the contacts to a Drip Campaign. If the campaign's first step is set to Immediately, it will be executed the moment you add the contacts.
