Create a Drip Campaign

In the Drip Campaigns window, click the Create Drip Campaign button. This will open the Drip Campaign Builder, where you can define the campaign name and add steps.

Add a Step

Click on the Select Unit Field to define the timing for your step.

At Marqvia, there are five units to run a step in a Drip Campaign:

• Immediately: Execute the step as soon as the contact(s) is assigned.

• Minutes: Execute the step after the number of minutes defined in the After field.

• Hours: Execute the step after the number of hours defined in the After field.

• Days: Execute the step after the number of days defined in the After field.

• Time and Date: Execute the step at the exact date and time defined in the Select Date and Time field.

Check the Remove From Campaign After Replied box if you don't want the drip campaign to continue after a contact has responded. Click Add once you have finished.

Add Message

After adding a step, you need to add one or more messages to it. Click the Add Message button in the step.

This will open the "Add Message" modal, where you can select your Channel and Message Type.

The available message types are:

• Text Message: A simple text message without any buttons.

• Buttons/Options/Products Message: Allows you to send text, button, list, or location-type messages.

• Template Message: Allows you to send pre-approved message templates or create a new template.

Note: You can only use Text Message and Buttons/Options/Products Message in a Drip Campaign when it is within the 24-hour customer service window. Outside of this window, you must choose Template Message.

When you select this message type, you will get the following options and fields to customize your message.

When you select Template Message, you get the option to select a template you've created before or Create a new Template.

Select the template, review its content, and if everything is correct, click Save. Your added message will appear in the step.

You can add another message to the same step by repeating this process.

Repeat the Step

If you wish to send another message after a dedicated duration, add a new step by repeating the same process of defining a time unit and adding a message.

Save

After adding all the steps and their messages, click the Save button to create the Drip Campaign.

Once created, you'll find it in the Drip Campaigns list.
