Orders

The Orders tab displays all the purchase requests made by customers through your WhatsApp Catalog. It allows you to track, manage, and review every order submitted via the "Add to Basket" feature.

1. Navigate to the Orders Tab

  • In Marqvia’s left menu, click on Ecommerce.

  • Go to the Orders tab.

2. View Order Details

Once you receive orders, each entry will display the following information:

Field
Description

📆 Date

When the order was placed.

👤 Customer Name

The buyer's name from their WhatsApp profile.

📱 Phone Number

The contact number of the customer.

🛒 Items Ordered

A list of products the customer added to their basket.

💵 Total Price

The aggregated cost of all items in the order.

📦 Order Status

The current state of the order (e.g., Pending, Confirmed, Shipped, Completed).

You can click on "View all: 1" under Products to expand and view the full details of the items.


No Orders Yet?

If you see a message like "No orders found," this could mean one of the following:

  • You haven't enabled "Add to Basket" in your Catalog Settings.

  • Customers have not submitted any orders yet.

  • The products are not visible in your WhatsApp catalog.

To fix this:

Go to Catalog Settings.

Enable both of these toggles:

  • Show Catalog Icon in Chat

  • Show “Add to Basket” Button

Ensure your setup is complete to start receiving orders.


Tips & Best Practices

  • Regularly check your Orders tab to respond to new orders quickly.

  • Use filtered views to stay on top of recent sales.

  • Consider setting up a webhook in the future for instant order alerts (this is a feature request).
