Products

The Products tab is where you manage your product listings that appear in your WhatsApp Catalog. You can add, edit, and sync products directly from this section within Marqvia.

Navigate to the Products Tab

• From the left-hand menu, go to Ecommerce.

• Click on the Products tab.

• Once you are on this page, you will see your product listing along with the total number of products.

Add a New Product (via Meta Commerce)

• Click the Add Product button.

• You’ll be redirected to Meta Commerce Manager to manage your catalog. Log in to your Facebook account to access Commerce Manager.

• Once logged in, go to your Catalog Manager.

• Click Add Items and select Add Manually for a fast setup

• Fill in the required product fields

  • Product Name

  • Image

  • Price & Currency

  • Quantity

  • (Optional) Description or URL

• Click Add Item to save the product to your Facebook catalog.

Sync Products Back to Marqvia

After you’ve added or updated items in Meta Commerce:

• Return to the Products tab in Marqvia.

• Click the Synchronize Products with Facebook button.

This action ensures all newly added or updated products from your Meta catalog appear in your Marqvia catalog.

Product List Overview

Once synced, you’ll see your products in a table with the following details:

Field	Description
🏷 Name	The product name as it appears in your Meta catalog.
💰 Price	The pricing of the product.
🌍 Currency	The currency, which matches your Meta settings.
🆔 Product ID	An auto-generated ID or the ID from your Meta catalog.
🔗 URL	A link to preview the product.
