Department

Using the Department setting, you can create new departments, as well as edit and delete them. By organizing your team members into departments, you can provide them with access to manage specific channels.

Create a Department

On the Department window, click + Create Department.

Then, input the Department Name, select the relevant Channels, and assign Agents (team members) if any.

Once done, click Save.


Edit a Department

Go to Settings Department.

Click on the Edit icon next to the department you wish to change.

Make the appropriate changes and click Update to Save.


Delete a Department

Go to Settings Department.

Click the Trash icon next to the edit button.

Then, click Confirm to finalize the deletion.
