Filter options

The filter options let you quickly sort and view your contacts.

By default, you see All Contacts; however, using the available options, you can filter contacts by:

• Starred contacts: View contacts that have been pinned.

• Blacklisted: View contacts that have been blocked.

• Contact List: View contacts belonging to specific groups you have created.

• Contact Fields: View contacts based on different field types.

• Channels: Filter contacts based on the channels they are connected to.

• Tags: Filter contacts based on the tags they have been assigned.

Bulk Deletion for Tags

For tags that have already been created, they will appear under the Tags filter.

• You can click on a tag to filter the contacts that have it.

• If you wish to delete a tag for all contacts, you can click on the X button next to the tag's name.

A confirmation message will pop up. Click Confirm to proceed.

Warning: Once a tag has been deleted, it is removed completely and cannot be undone or restored.
