Search filter
In the Contacts module, you can search for your contacts by name, number, or use advanced filters via Contact Fields.
If you don't see these options on your page, please refresh the page to load them.
Advanced Filters
Click the Advanced Filters button (add icon image here) to access the advanced filter options.
The filter options available are based on three components: Field, Operator, and Value.
Operator
After selecting the Field, select the Operator that will define the filtering condition. There are several operator types from which you can select:
IS: The Field and Value must match exactly to apply the filter.
STARTSWITH: The value in the Field must start with the value in the Value field.
CONTAINS: The value in the Field must include the value in the Value field.
IS NOT: The Field and Value must not match for the filter to apply.
DOES NOT CONTAIN: The value in the Field must not include the value in the Value field.
IN: The contact(s) must be in the particular tag(s).
NOT IN: The contact(s) must not be in a particular tag(s).
MATCHES: The contact ID should match the value.
BETWEEN: The contact(s) must be created or updated within the specified date range.
Value
Once the operator is selected, enter the value or select from the options available in the Value field. The options provided will vary depending on the Field chosen (e.g., a tag list for the 'Tag' column, a user list for the 'Assigned To' column, or a date range for 'Created At' and 'Updated At').
