Viewing Form Responses
There are two ways to view the form responses received in Marqvia:
Click on Form Responses from the top menu of the Leads module.
Click on the Responses button under the Action menu for a specific flow.
Both methods will direct you to the Form Responses window with some differences:
Method 1 (from the top menu) will show you all responses received for all WhatsApp Flows.
Method 2 (from the Action menu) will show you the responses received for that dedicated WhatsApp Flow.
Form Responses (All Flows)
Here, you will see a list of all responses your Marqvia account has captured for all forms (using Method 1). The following fields are included in the responses:
Name
The name of the WhatsApp Form.
Contact Name
The full name of the contact registered in your Marqvia account at the time the form was submitted.
Contact Phone
The contact's phone number.
Response Received At
The timestamp when the form was submitted.
Action
A button to view the detailed submission for each field.
Form Responses (Dedicated Flow)
If you are using Method 2, you will see a list of responses with the details submitted for each field in that particular form. The following fields are included:
Contact Name
The full name of the contact registered in your Marqvia account at the time the form was submitted.
Contact Phone
The contact's phone number.
Response Received At
The timestamp when the form was submitted.
Other Fields of the Form
The details for each field that was submitted in the form.
Form Responses Filter and Export Functions
You can perform the following functions to manage your form responses:
Search bar: Filter by Contact Name or Contact Phone.
Date Range: Select a time frame for the form responses (e.g., Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, and Custom).
Forms: Select the responses for a specific form. By default, responses for all forms will be displayed.
Exporting the Form Responses
Click on the Export button to download the filtered information as a CSV file to your system.
