Steps to Create a Static Flow

Navigate to Leads

  • Go to the "Leads" section of the platform.

  • Click on "Create WhatsApp Form".

Create WhatsApp Form

  • Enter your desired flow name.

  • Select Simple Flow, then click Create.

Customize the WhatsApp Form

You will be directed to the Static Flow form creation page.

  • Use the Screens section to add more pages if needed.

  • Use the Edit Content section to design your form by adding features such as:

    • Date Picker

    • Multiple Choice

    • Single Choice

    • Document Upload, etc.

  • The Preview section allows you to see how your form will look.

Add Screen Title

Enter the desired page name in the Screen Title field.

Add Content

  • Click +Add Content to include the necessary form elements.

  • For elements that collect an answer (e.g., Short Answer, Date Picker, Multiple Choice), you must fill in the "Field Name." This is where the collected answer will be stored.

Note: For Collect Image and Collect Document content, you can only choose one per WhatsApp Flow. If you need to use both, it is suggested to create two different flows.

Save and Preview

  • Click Save as Draft to save your progress.

  • The newly created WhatsApp flow will appear in the list.

  • Preview the form to ensure everything appears as intended.

Edit (if needed)

  • Use the Edit Flow option to modify content if necessary.

Publish the Form

Once satisfied, click Publish to make the form available for use.

Note: After publishing, the form cannot be edited directly. However, you can clone the form to create a new version and then edit its content.


How to Send a Static Flow

Simple Flows can be shared with your audience through two main methods: Sending via Chat and Sending via Automation.

Sending via Chat

Navigate to the "Chat" tab in your WhatsApp Business platform.

Select the contact you want to send the message to.

In the chat box, click the "+" icon to open the message options menu.

Choose "Send Buttons/Flows/Options/Products Message" from the list.

Under Message Type, select "Button/Flow."

Fill in the Body section with a message for your customer.

In the Quick Reply Dropdown, select "WhatsApp Flow."

Choose the specific WhatsApp Flow you want to send.

Assign a Label to the button that the customer will see (e.g., “Start Form”).

Click "Send" to share the Static Flow with the customer.

Sending via Automation

Simple Flows can be integrated into automated workflows for seamless customer interactions.

Go to Automation.

Create a new automation.

In the automation builder, drag and drop the Auto Reply Buttons/Options/Products node into your flow.

Double-click on the node to open the right panel.

Under Message Type, choose Button/Flow.

Edit the message in the Body field to reflect what the customer will see.

Click the Quick Reply Dropdown and select WhatsApp Flow.

In select WhatsApp Flow, choose the WhatsApp Form Name you saved earlier.

Add a Label to the button (e.g., “Start Form”).

Click Update Node to save the changes.
