Connecting to a Channels
Marqvia lets you manage your chat commerce through Channels.
The Channels available in Marqvia act as a bridge that connects different chat platforms to the Marqvia Chat module. Using it, you can easily manage messages that you send and receive across multiple platforms from a single inbox.
Create a Channel
To create a channel, simply choose the channel you wish to connect and click Configure. This will open a pop-up where you need to enter the details to complete the process.

If you have already created a channel, the Channels window will show a list of your existing channels, allowing you to easily apply changes or access its settings.
To add another channel from here, click on the + Create Channel button, and it will open a pop-up asking which channel connection you want to create.
