Channels
Here, you will see a list of channels that you have connected, allowing you to apply changes to the channels or access its settings easily.
To add a new channel from here, refer to our guide on Connecting to a Channels.
Accessing a Connected Channel's Settings
Here, you will see a list of setting options for a Cloud API channel:

Click on the Edit button (add icon image here) to open its settings.
Here, you can change the Channel Name and add a Webhook URL. Click Save once done.
Mark as Default Channel
If you wish to mark a channel as default, click on the dropdown menu and select Mark as Default. This will ensure the default channel is always the primary option in a list.
Accessing WhatsApp Manager
From the Channels window, you are able to access the connected WhatsApp Manager. Simply click on the dropdown menu and select Open WhatsApp Manager.
This will bring you to the WhatsApp Manager in your Meta business portfolio, where you can view your number's status, quality, and messaging limit.
Delete a Channel
Click on the dropdown menu and select Delete. This will delete everything, including conversations and contacts saved under this channel.
