Conversation Tray

In the Conversation Tray, you can manage your chats by filtering them by status and group. This section also allows you to add new contacts and download entire chat histories.

Filter Contacts

• Select a conversation to open the chat area and begin communicating with the contact.

Add New Contact

• If you wish to add a new contact, click the Add New Contact button.

• Fill in the required information.

• The new contact will automatically be assigned to the user who created it.

Download Conversations

• If you want to download the conversation history, first click on the contact in the tray.

• Then, click on the Download button to save the chat history.
