Manage Profile

Using the Manager Profile option for your Cloud API WhatsApp Channel, you can change your business details for WhatsApp.

Accessing Manage Profile

To access the Manage Profile for the Cloud API WhatsApp Channel, go to Settings → Channels, then click on the Manage Profile tab under the Channel.

Here, you can change the following business details from the available options:

  • Profile Picture

  • Address

  • Description

  • Email

  • Website

  • Business Vertical

Note:

  • Accepted file type for profile picture: JPG

  • Accepted dimensions for profile picture: 800px X 800px or 1200px X 1200px
