Accessing Carousel Message Templates

Navigate to: Settings → Channels.

Manage Templates: Click the "Manage Templates" tab under the Channel section.

Creating a Carousel Message Template

Click the "+ Create WhatsApp Template" button.

A pop-up will appear for creating the template.

Template Details:

• Name: Enter a unique template name (duplicate names are not allowed).

• Category: Select one from Marketing, Utility, or Authentication.

• Language: Choose the language matching the body text content.

Setting Up Carousel Template

1. Select: Carousel as the template type.

2. Body: Add the text that will appear above the carousel cards.

Note: Line breaks are not supported in the carousel body text.

1. Card Setup:

   • Click on a Card to start building the carousel.

   • Upload: Upload an image or video for each card.

   • Customize: Add body text for each card or product.

2. Add Button:

   • Type: Choose Custom or Call to action (Mandatory).

3. Additional Cards: Add more cards or products as needed (Maximum 10 cards).

Submit for Approval:

Once everything is set, click Submit for Approval to send the template to Meta.
