How to view Template Insight

Template Insight is a function for you to check and analyze the performance of your template messages. You can access this by navigating to Manage Templates.

How to access the Template Insight

  1. Choose the template message you want to check.

  2. Hover over the template message name until you see "View Insight" and click on it. You will be directed to the Template Insight page.


Functions in Template Insight

  • Template Message Name: This shows the name of your template message, its category, its approval status, and the last updated date.

  • Template Message Preview: This shows a preview of how your message template appears to your customers.

  • Duration: You can change the duration for which you want to check the template message's performance.

  • Cost: This will show the cost of the template message used during the selected duration.

  • Performance: This will show the statistics of the template message, including the number of messages sent, delivered, read, and replies.

  • Button Click: This function can track if a customer has interacted with a button on the template message. However, this can only track for Custom Reply buttons. CTA (Call to Action) buttons will not be tracked as they lead to external communication.
